Vladlen Abduklkadyrov is imprisoned for his alleged religious activity.
On March 28, 2019, authorities arrested and beat Abduklkadyrov, an activist from the Crimean Solidarity movement, in Rostov-on-Don after accusing him of being a member of the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir organization. His home in Crimea, Ukraine, was searched. He was charged with “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC) and "preparing for actions aimed at the forcible seizure of power or the forcible retention of power” (Art. 30-1/Art. 278 RCC).
On May 12, 2022, the Southern District Military Court sentenced Abduklkadyrov to 12 years in prison.
On May 17, 2023, the Military Court of Appeal upheld Abduklkadyrov's sentence.
In October 2023, it was reported that Abduklkadyrov had been provided inadequate medical care.
Abduklkadyrov has three children.

Tofik Abdulgaziyev is imprisoned for his alleged religious activity.
On March 27, 2019, authorities arrested Abdulgaziyev, an activist from the Crimean Solidarity movement, after accusing him of being a member of the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir organization. Authorities allegedly confiscated Hizb ut-Tahrir materials from his home. He was charged with “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC) and "preparing for actions aimed at the forcible seizure of power or the forcible retention of power” (Art. 30-1/Art. 278 RCC).
On May 12, 2022, the Southern District Military Court sentenced Abdulgaziyev to 12 years in prison.
On May 17, 2023, the Military Court of Appeal upheld Abdulgaziyev's sentence.
In October 2023, it was reported that Abdulgaziyev has been subjected to harsh prison conditions which have led to a decline in his health and wellbeing.
In April 2024, it was reported that Abdulgaziyev had been diagnosed with tuberculosis and several other life threatening issues.
Abdulgaziyev has four children.

On June 10, 2019, authorities arrested Suleymanov, the brother of Crimean Solidarity activist Ruslan Suleimanov, in Strogonovka after accusing him of being a member of the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir organization. He was charged with “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC) and "preparing for actions aimed at the forcible seizure of power or the forcible retention of power” (Art. 30-1/Art. 278 RCC).
On March 18, 2022, the Southern District Military Court sentenced Suleymanov to 15 years in prison.
On July 7, 2023, the Military Court of Appeal in Vlasikha upheld Suleymanov's sentence.
