On February 11, 2022, the Southern District Military Court sentenced Muratov to 11 years and six months in prison for “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC) and "preparing for actions aimed at the forcible seizure of power or the forcible retention of power” (Art. 30-1/Art. 278 RCC).

On July 11, 2023, the Supreme Court in Moscow upheld Muratov's sentence.

On February 11, 2022, the Southern District Military Court sentenced Bektemirov to 11 years in prison for “participating in the activities of an organization…recognized as terrorist” (Art. 205.5-2 RCC).

On Aril 3, 2023, an appeals court upheld Bektemirov's sentence.

In November 2023, prison officials allegedly beat Bektemirov upon his arrival to the St. Petersburg correctional colony and took away his Qur'an and medicine.

In November 2023, it was reported that Seydametov's health had deteriorated in prison. He reportedly suffers from a Baker's cyst and needs surgery on his lower spine.
